Unit 2: IMPLEMENT EFFECTIVE WORKPLACE RELATIONSHIPS - BSBFLM403B
In this unit you will learn how to collect, analyse and communicate information and to use that information to develop and maintain effective working relationships and networks, with particular regard to communication and representing Scripture Union.
Unit 3 PROMOTE TEAM EFFECTIVENESS - BSBFLM412A
This unit covers the skills required of frontline managers to promote teamwork. It involves developing team plans to meet expected outcomes, leading the team and proactively working with Scripture Union.
Unit 4: IMPLEMENT OPERATIONAL PLAN - BSBFLM405B
This unit covers the skills needed to plan effectively and to monitor and
adjust performance, producing short-term plans for the ministry area,
planning and acquiring resources and providing reports as required.
Unit 5: MONITOR A SAFE WORKPLACE - BSBCMN411A
While it is recognised that safety is everyone’s responsibility, leaders have an important role in promoting and monitoring a safe ministry
environment. This unit is concerned with the occupational health and safety responsibilities of team leaders to monitor Scripture Union’s
OH&S policies, procedures and safety and care requirements in their ministry area to meet legislative requirements.
Unit 6: IMPLEMENT CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT - BSBFLM409A
This unit covers various methods, routine and non-routine, of making everything that we and our team do just that bit better.
Unit 7: PROMOTE INNOVATION AND CHANGE - BSBCMN412A
This unit covers the skills and knowledge required to ensure the leader can promote and implement innovation and useful change.
Unit 8: DEVELOP TEAMS AND INDIVIDUALS - BSBCMN404A
Leaders play a prominent role in encouraging and supporting the development of a learning organisation. This unit covers the skills and knowledge required to develop the learning of individuals and the team and promote a learning environment in which ministry and learning are integrated.
