GOING BANANAS!
"Come On and Go Bananas with us!"
Going Bananas was loads of fun as we ventured to a tropical island setting. In addition with stories, songs, games, craft and lots of yummy banana munchies we had a fun packed week of entertainment for young and old alike..
During each day of the Mission we focused on one of five characters from the Bible. These characters arrived on the tropical island via a “time machine”.
Each morning - 9 am—12 noon - primary and junior teens learnt new songs, watched a drama starring Ripe & Rotten, listened to stories, played games, had fun with activities and took home treasures that they made during craft time.
And for the teens there was a hang-out zone with loads of activities each evening.
You get the picture!!! We hope to be zany, creative, active and at all times caring for the children who come and share part of their summer holidays with the team.
