The Imbaseni Vocational Training School (IVTS) near Arusha runs courses for young people lasting two years. Students may choose one of the following trade courses: motor mechanic, carpenter, bricklayer/builder, electrical installation, pre-nursing and tailor. In addition to training in a specific trade, students receive regular instruction in whole of life studies, with an emphasis on the Bible as the foundation for Christian living. The majority of those who have so far graduated from the IVTS have been successful in finding opportunities for employment or have succeeded in establishing their own business enterprises.

There are currently over 100 students at the VTS.
